Missed Appointment Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments (2 or more appointments within a 12 month period) may not be offered advance bookings. In these cases, we may ask patients to telephone on the day to check for appointment availability.

This policy helps ensure appointments remain available for all patients.
